"Aluna," is a kind of spiritual and energetic force that permeates everything in the world. Aluna is seen as the source of life and the intelligence behind creation. Kogui mythology is intricately related to the natural elements, such as mountains, rivers, trees, and animals. Each element has a spirit and energy that must be respected and cared for.

Human actions can directly affect nature and therefore need to be careful in their interactions with the environment.

There are a variety of spirits and supernatural beings that inhabit the Sierra Nevada. These spirits can be benevolent or malevolent and play an important role in the daily life of the Kogui community.

Rituals and ceremonies are performed to maintain a harmonious relationship with these beings.

If you are here it is because your energies have brought you to this great opportunity to get to know a small part of the depths of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta.
